Tried updating insync
-
The command
sudo apt-get update insync
yields the same version (1.3.22.36179).
-
However, according to the Insync website the newest version should be 1.4.5.37069
-
Therefore, followed directions from the website as follows:
-
Modified the file
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/insync.list
to correspond to Ubuntu version 16.04 LTS:deb http://apt.insynchq.com/ubuntu xenial non-free contrib
-
After this, run the update and upgrade commands with apt:
sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get upgrade
-
Insync was then up to date (1.4.5.37069-xenial).
