Instructions for creating blank lines

If you need to create a blank line, you can do it in either one of three ways (ref):

<!-- Create a blank line that **can** be selected as text -->
&nbsp;

<!-- Create a blank line that **cannot** be selected as text -->
&NewLine;
</br>

Here, nbsp stands for non-breaking space and is probably the preferred one to use so that the blank line is preserved upon copy and paste.
